Curly Hair Tutorial with Curling Iron | Haley Kim

Hello guys, this is Haley As a lot of you guys requested, I am gonna show my curly hair tutorial with curling iron.

Currently I am obsessed with curly hair like tight messy but natural.

So let’s get started! I washed my hair and made sure that it was completely dry.

This is my natural straight hair it is very straight.

Before I start I am brushing my hair with a hair wooden brush.

And then I am gonna apply a hair oil from got2b which contains argan oil to the end of my hair.

I am just pumping once and rubbing it in my hands.

If the oil is all over my palm, your hands can act like a brush, combing your fingers throughout the hair.

It makes the hair very smooth and soft.

To protect my hair from the heat I am using this TREsemme heat defence spray.

I just spray on all of my hair and let it dry for a second.

I am using this curling iron from Anjou I just bought from amazon.

There are 5 different interchangeable barrels and I am taking this smallest one.

I set the degree to 210 which is the highest one to get tight and strong curls.

Start by sectioning off my hair.

I will start off from the bottom so I separate my hair into 2.

I usually finish one side first and then finish another side.

At the bottom I am taking about 1 inch part I am gonna wrap it around the whole bottom section of my hair.

Hold the iron down for few secs.

I’m doing this facing out in every section It is just a long process.

When you realise you’ve missed a piece just grab it and curl.

It doesn’t need to be the same curl in every part.

Some part would be thicker some part would be thinner.

Once I’m done with that part I am just repeating the same step until I’ve finished all section of my hair.

As the iron shape is thicker at the top than it is at the bottom it means I couldn’t get as tight curls to the top of my hair.

So to get tighter curls towards my roots I am wraping my hair towards the top again with the thinner part of the iron.

And then I could get more volumes and thinner curls.

Once I’ve done I am running my fingers through my hair to loosen up the curls and make them more natural.

Yeah this is my finished curly hair look.

If you feel bored of your straight hair you could get some fun with this hair.

So I hope you guys enjoy this video and find it helpful.

I will see you in the next one, bye !.
